Esports at 8dayvn — The Platform for Malaysian Players Who Live and Breathe Esports
Esports is no longer just a hobby for young people glued to their screens late into the night. It has grown into a multi-billion MYR industry drawing audiences across all age groups — and Malaysia holds a particularly prominent place on the Southeast Asian esports map. From MPL Malaysia held at Axiata Arena in Kuala Lumpur to national representatives competing on the international stage, esports is now a core part of Malaysia's identity as a sporting nation.
At 8dayvn, we understand that Malaysian esports fans are far from passive spectators. Many follow team statistics closely, know head-to-head records by heart, and can debate draft strategies in MLBB or economy rounds in CS2 at length. These are sharp, informed observers — and their betting platform should match that level of knowledge. That's exactly why the esports section at 8dayvn built with a depth that goes far beyond simply offering "Team A vs Team B".
Mobile Legends — Malaysia's Esports Pride
Kalau ada satu permainan yang benar-benar mewakili budaya e-sukan Malaysia, itu adalah Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. At 8dayvn, MPL Malaysia coverage is the most comprehensive of any local betting platform. Every match week, dozens of bet types are available — match winner, set handicap, total maps, which team secures the first Lord, and much more. For MLBB fans who truly know the game, the opportunities to find value bets are exceptionally high.

Odds shift in real time based on the map situation — when one team starts taking control of objectives, the opposing team's odds lengthen, opening up high-value betting opportunities for players who can read the game accurately.
Dota 2 dan The International — Esport Paling Berprestij
The International is the most talked-about esports tournament every year — not only because of its extraordinary prize pool, but because the intensity of competition at Dota 2's highest stage is simply unmatched. Malaysia's active Dota 2 community makes TI the busiest betting event of the year in the esports section. 8dayvn.

CS2 & Valorant — The FPS Scene That Never Sleeps
For players who lean towards FPS titles, CS2 and Valorant are two options that never run out of action. ESL Pro League, BLAST Premier, and CS2 Major Championships run almost year-round — meaning there's always a betting opportunity at 8dayvn.
For Valorant, the VCT (Valorant Champions Tour) — divided into three regions: Americas, EMEA, and Pacific — provides extensive coverage throughout the year. Southeast Asian teams are growing stronger at the VCT Pacific level, drawing Malaysian players to follow the scene more closely on the platform 8dayvn.
Both games offer an exceptionally detailed range of betting markets — going well beyond match winners to include pistol round winner, over/under total rounds, first team to reach 5 round kills, and many more options that let true fans of the game find real value in every match.

Esports Parlay — Small Stakes, Big Dreams
One of the most popular types of betting in the e-sports community in 8dayvn is the parlay. By combining three or more matches on a single bet slip, the odds of each leg multiply together — meaning a small stake can return a payout far greater than any standard single bet.
For example, combine three bets with odds of 1.75, 1.62, and 1.70 on a single parlay — your combined odds come to roughly 4.82. With just an RM50 stake, your potential return is RM241. This is the core appeal of esports parlays, and it's why so many Malaysian players are happy to stay up until midnight watching European matches.
8dayvn supports parlays of up to 15 legs on a single slip, with an additional parlay bonus of +5% for slips containing five legs or more. Match statistics, head-to-head records, and team analysis are all available within the platform to help you make more informed selections before locking in your parlay slip.
Esports as a Serious Sport in Malaysia
Let's be honest about something: Malaysian esports has moved well beyond the "kids' hobby" stage. Today, professional MLBB players in Malaysia earn monthly salaries, follow structured daily training regimens, and enjoy facilities on par with traditional athletes. The Malaysia Esports Federation (MESF) has officially recognised esports as a legitimate sport, and the SEA Games has included esports as a medal event on multiple occasions.
This recognition makes esports betting at 8dayvn is not just a game of chance — it is an opportunity to put your in-depth knowledge of the sport to work and make smarter decisions. Just as a football fan studies statistics before betting on the Liga Super, esports fans who follow MPL Malaysia closely have a real and measurable edge when it comes to making accurate betting picks.
